What Makes a Sheitel Kosher-Compliant in Construction
Women who keep tzniut ask first: can the hair under the cap be seen through the lace. Swiss lace holes are sheer. If natural hair sits underneath, light can show it.
Two common construction answers here: a solid fabric lining under the lace (as on the lined clip-in topper), or a front fabric-ribbon band with no lace on the forehead (the classic cap).
Some communities allow front lace if it sits off the natural hair. Some do not. The factory does not rule. We build what the salon asks.
Hair: we work with documented human hair, virgin or Remy. Avodah zarah and hair source belong with the rav, not a sales page.
